The Israelis settlers - will be carefully selected among (age 21-26) after military service and with agriculture/farming experience as a “kibuttz/Moshav members” and as managers of specifics fields. Those settlers will be living and working at the farms with local farmers and will implement the best and modern agriculture and farming technologies.
Local Farmers (500-1000)- will be carefully selected by the Republic of Botswana as the “Kibbutswana Ltd. Advanced Agricultures”, which will learn (OJT) and will work at the farms with the Israelis settlers and will become the leading and advanced farmers in the country.
